For years, I did what so many women do - kept everything moving, everyone happy, proved my worth through what I could carry.
Until I couldn't anymore.
Cancer gave me clarity: I'd been living on autopilot. Waiting for permission. Postponing decisions. Mistaking exhaustion for purpose.
People keep calling me brave. Maybe I am. But if that's true, I've been brave all along - we all have been. The question is: what do we do with it?
Midlife isn't about gracefully accepting what's handed to you.
It's about choosing differently. Now.
I help women stop waiting and start choosing. Get clear on what they actually want, build the courage to claim it, and stop apologising for taking up space in their own lives.
This season of life is yours to design. But only if you're brave enough to stop performing and start living.
You feel stuck, restless, or like life hasn’t turned out how you expected.
You’ve spent years caring for everyone else and lost touch with yourself along the way.
You sense something has to shift, but you don’t know where to begin.
No fixing. No hustling. No "shoulds."
Because I’ve been there.
I know the exhaustion of showing up for everyone else.
I know the restlessness of wondering, is this all there is?
And I know the courage it takes to admit, something has to shift
admit: ‘Something has to shift'.
That’s why The Wild Becoming isn’t about escape — it’s about returning.
Returning to yourself. Returning to your body. Returning to the quiet wisdom you’ve always held.
If you’re ready to stop “getting through” and start living fully, let’s begin then click below and book a call.

Slow down. Breathe. Let the layers that no longer serve you gently fall away.

Reclaim your truth, your desires, and the woman you always knew you were.

Step forward with joy, clarity, and unapologetic self-trust .
"Felt So Natural"
Your guidance throughout the session was amazing, Your calmness and the way you explain and directed us felt so natural. The ‘What have I got on my plate’ exercise really helped me to acknowledge the amount we all do without even thinking about it, and the lack of time we actually give ourselves.
I really loved it . 100% love to do it again. Thank you Heather

"A Gorgeous Evening"
I had the most gorgeous evening at the Lavender Fields, hosted by the lovely Heather. The setting was absolutely stunning peaceful, calm, and filled with the scent of lavender in the air. It was exactly what I needed
We did some beautiful breathwork that really helped me unwind and reconnect. I left feeling so grounded and relaxed… and I actually had the best night’s sleep afterwards!
